The Colonial Secretary of llongkong presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and, with reference to Sir F. H.May's Despatch No. 345 of the 8th..
October, 1912, has the honour to forward fresh copies of Ordinance
No. 29 of 1912 in substitution of those transmitted in that
Despatch. Owing to a printer's oversight the words "such innkeeper"
in the 8th. line of Section 3 were not omitted when the Ordinance
went to press.
